Qualified builder/senior apprentice

IMMEDIATE START Bonner Built is looking for a capable builder or a confident fourth-year apprentice to help with a growing workload. We take on a wide variety of work around Taranaki, including full house renovations, extensions, new builds, bathrooms, reclads, decks, fencing, landscaping, repairs and maintenance. There’s plenty of variety, so you’ll need to be adaptable and enjoy getting stuck into different jobs. You’ll need to: • Read and understand plans. • Work independently when needed and work well alongside others. • Take instructions, think ahead and use your initiative. • Have a good eye for detail and take pride in your work. • Turn up reliably, with your own transport. • Have a decent kit of battery and hand tools. Renovation experience would be a big advantage. *potential work vehicle the right candidate If you’re a fourth-year apprentice, you’ll need to be confident with the usual day-to-day building tasks, able to work independently from time to time.
